Preparation & Briefing
Duration | Approximately 2-3 weeks
• Identify project requirements and finalise the brief
• Identify risks (drainage, Planning Policies, neighbouring properties).

• Carry out measured survey of the existing property (Plans and Elevations)
• Carry out tree survey
• Carry out topographical survey if required
• Photograph the existing building (internally & externally)
