Joaquin was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend him ourselves.  We had a fair idea of what we wanted to achieve with our extension and from our first meeting, Joaquin was ready to listen to us, but also giving us some suggestions. He asked us lots of questions in order to have every little detail.  Throughout the process, Joaquin kept us in the loop and was very quick to respond to any queries or changes we had. Joaquin dealt with the planning application, which was great as we didn’t have to worry about it. We are really pleased with the end result and thank Joaquin for the quality of his work.
